    职业教育分为三个层次:高等、中等和初等职业教育,从总量和结构两个层面来分析其各自对城镇化的影响效应。采用我国1992至2013年30个省份(不包括西藏)的面板数据进行实证分析,实证结果显示:职业教育能够促进城镇化的发展,不同教育程度的职业教育对城镇化的影响在地区间存在差异性,高等职业教育对东中部地区城镇化影响程度最大,而中等职业教育对西部地区的城镇化影响最大;初等职业教育对全国以及各地区的城镇化有抑制效应,但实证结果的显著性不强。最后,提出加强职业教育信息化、新市民培训等加快我国城镇化的政策建议。

    Abstract:

    In view of three levels of higher, middle and primary on vocational education, the effects of these different levels of vocational education on the urbanization in the two aspects of the total and structure are analyzed. According to empirical analysis of the panel data from 1992 to 2013 in 30 provinces (excluding Tibet), it showed results that the Chinese vocational education can promote the development of urbanization,and the influence of different education levels on the urbanization is different. Higher vocational education has the greatest impact on urbanization in the Middle East,while the secondary vocational education has the biggest influence on the urbanization of the West. The primary vocational education has the inhibitory effect on the whole country and the region's urbanization, but the empirical result is not strong. Finally, it puts forward the policy suggestions by strengthening the information of the vocational education and the training of new citizens to strengthen the urbanization.
