Through combing through the implementation of our constitution concept, connotation, seriously examining the judicialization of constitution, constitution binary implementation path, and different types of constitution implementation path, it is not difficult to see that we should further emancipate the mind, boldly attempt to explore the new ways, paths, and mechanisms of the Constitution implementation, in order to achieve the ideal effect of it.
