In public space planning, reasonable layout and design of blind road can fully reflect the care for patients with eye diseases. In view of current situation and existing problems of blind road, it point out the future development trend by comparing the law of blind road development both at home and abroad. At the same time, with radio frequency technology (RFID) serving as a technical support, it further explores how to help the blind to receive information easily and its maintenance, as well as construct its design model and specific project.
