Abstract:The party in power must avoid ruling dangers to ensure long-term ruling position. After the victory of the October Revolution, Lenin had already started thinking about how to avoid the danger of ruling. He profoundly recognized that the Russian Communist Party (Bolshevik) was facing the danger of impetuosity, the danger of being isolated from the masses, the danger of insufficient ruling capacity and the danger of being conquered by the old Russian culture. Lenin conducted preliminary reflection and exploration on how to avoid these dangers and adopted a series of measures to consolidate the Russian Communist Partys (Bolshevik) ruling position.
