Abstract:Themes of Ye Zi’s novels focused on the farmers’ life along Dongting lake, which is his homeland. His work looms grief nostalgia and shows strong reflexivity, which is the writer's adrift living conditions of distress and revolutionary martyrs distress survivor of the special status closely related. By focusing hometown relationships, Ye Zi's "nostalgia" is actively involved in social life, classes, spiritual level. In the spirit of nostalgia emotions, the decline of class consciousness and the germination of subject consciousness are Ye Zi’s independent interpretation of the revolution. In the context of revolutionary literature debate in 1930s, this was not only a powerful response to the "third person", but also showed political and other grand narrative intervention after the May 4th Movement and during the revolution.
