Abstract:Based on the Chinas current media environment, new media literacy as one of the essential qualities, help media leaders to understand and grasp the information essentials. This is not only the requirements of media management and updating, but also meets the needs of global information dissemination for media leader. The new media literacy of Chinese media leaders can be improved through the following aspects: the cultivation of resilience and judgment; the reinforcement of learning and application; the promotion of ideology and aesthetics; the stimulation of innovation and creativity, etc.
