In the construction of contemporary China's procuratorial culture, the concept of “humanism” should be implemented, which is not only the demand of a new round of judicial reform, but also the demand to strengthen the self construction of the procuratorial organ. In the procuratorial culture construction in contemporary China, we should adhere to the principles of “people-oriented, convenient for people and judicial civilization”, aiming to earnestly safeguard the interests of the masses, fully guarantee the human rights of prosecution, promote the development of people and society comprehensively and harmoniously.
