Both of the urban public transport system and city logistics distribution can be collaborative developed in e-business circumstance. We should conscientiously do a good job of collaborative design from three aspects of organization, business processes and information, such as: establishing and perfecting the public information platform, improving integration level of logistics management, and reducing logistics cost. Then, the whole service level of the e-commerce logistics can be achieved and the “Last-Mile” issue in city distribution can be solved.
