Based on literature review, field survey and expert interviews, pharmaceutical manufacturing firms in Hunan province develop the influencing factors measurement scale for reverse logistics implement. By factor analysis, we obtain four factors which are divided into driving and hindering ones from both external and internal environments. Furthermore, after testing the differences of each variable by the way of ANOVA, we find that significant differences take place in terms of firm types and the existence and non-existence of a logistics sector. Finally, some suggestions are presented based on the conclusions.
