    摘要:

    联合企业组织设计以联合产权制度、联合组织结构、联合治理机制、联合要素禀赋和联合竞争机制五个核心维度为基石,通过价值链联合、生产融合、营销融合、后勤联合、人力资源联合和文化融合等平台来运作。联合企业组织设计的提出突破了单纯理性和刚性的组织设计,改变了企业竞争优势的生成模式,改变了市场竞争形态,适应了经济全球化、信息化、高技术化和全面市场改革的大背景,能指导组织在既独立又联合的环境下形成新的竞争优势。

    Abstract:

    The organization design of united enterprise is based on five core dimensions, and they are the united property rights institution, the united organization structure, the united governance mechanism, the united factor endowment and the united competition mechanism. It operates through these platforms including value chain unity, production integration, marketing integration, logistics unity, human resources unity, culture integration and so on. The proposal of organization design of united enterprise breaks through the purely rational and rigid organization design and changes the generating mode of enterprise's competitive advantages and the pattern of market competition. It adapts to the background of economic globalization, informationization, high technology and comprehensive market reform, and can guide the organization to form the new competitive advantages in both independent and united environment.
