As a new pattern of civilization, one needs to construct the relevant theories for ecological civilization. Rural society supports the basic theory of culture and concept for this construction. In rural society, the cultural psychology structure has been a basic condition of the benign relationship between ecological civilization community and land. The paper attempt to exhibit the properties of culture and society about land, thereby provide new ideas for talking about the realistic foundation and theoretical conditions of ecological civilization.
