At present,the public transportation in Changzhutan urban agglomeration faces some predicaments, such as the integration of public transportation is at low degree; the management is lag behind; the public always disobey the transport rules; and the urban planning is not reasonable. Based on “two-oriented” social perspective, we can improve the public transport system of Changzhutan urban agglomeration by the following countermeasures, such as: accelerating the public transportation integration of Changzhutan urban agglomeration , improving the level of road traffic management, and constructing "two-oriented society" green public traffic system,etc.
