The students of Hunan University of Technology are very interested in roller skating. Many of them are fond of this sport and participate actively, but they are still new with roller skating and the sporting site is unset, so they lack effective organization and management. What's more, students' safety awareness is weak, so sports injury is a common phenomenon. Combined with the real status, the author proposes opening roller skating optional course and strengthening the construction of roller skating association and safety education, increasing investment to enhance the development of roller skating in Hunan University of Technology.
