In view of theories of System and Synergy, the motivation and modes of mergers and acquisitionsintegration for logistics enterprise resources is explained based on analyzing theconcept of logistics enterprise resources and its self-organization evolving. At the same time, Synergetic Management contents and levels in each phase transition process of resources integration are expounded from a microscopicperspective.
