Some problems of inadequate awareness and ineffective coordination, not-clear responsibilities and countermeasures, as well as imperfect policies and investment, establishing low-carbon universities must strengthen the construction of culture feeding mechanism, improve the practical mechanism, and activate the internal dynamic mechanism, set up the whole appraisal mechanism of low-carbon campus construction.
