The establishment and implementation of China's urban and rural dual household registration system are important factors that lead to different social classes, and one of the reasons it could be implemented smoothly is that people themselves can adapt to it. Such factors as traditional social cognition, local ethics, society and culture have strengthened the public identity of the dual household registration system.
