Abstract:In the implementation of Labor Contract Law, many small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) did not sign labor contracts with the employees within the statutory time limit, or did not dismiss employees according to the legal procedures, and some provisions of the rules and regulations are not clear. These problems caused lots of labor disputes. Related enterprises and government departments must have a definite object in view and take corresponding countermeasures to standardize and promote SMEs’ implementation of Labor Contract Law in China.
