On the base of adhering to the principles of “5R”, metal packaging enterprise will achieve upgrading and transformation to low carbon packaging through improving the laws and regulations of low-carbon packing; strengthening energy saving and emission reduction; implementing of lightweight bottles production as well as improving recycling system.
