Based on analyzing of the community performance evaluation of Zhuzhou’s Majiahe town, the classification evaluation elements and evaluation system，which can strengthen the authenticity and validity of the performance evaluation is established. In view of application of the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）and fuzzy evaluation method，the weighing of each performance evaluation indexes of 11 administrative villages of Zhuzhou Majiahe town community is analyzed. Based on the use of fuzzy sets transform rule, it analysis completes the quantitative analysis of performance evaluation results and defines the rank of evaluation objects in final, which can provide the effective guarantee for improving the reliability and validity of the community performance evaluation results of Zhuzhou,s Majiahe town.
