    摘要:

    《坛经》中“三无”思想被认为是六祖慧能思想之概括,“以无念为宗”尤重,慧能在《坛经》中多次阐述这一思想的内涵。慧能这一“以无念为宗”的思想,有其承前之思想渊源,既有般若空,又具佛性有,是般若中道之继承;又有与同时代教内之呼应,作为“最上乘”的基本特征,而超越作为“大乘”的教内,同时两者又有内在的一致性;也具有对后世禅宗理论之宗旨性意义,后来的大禅师虽以“无为宗旨”等不同表达方式表达禅宗的宗旨,但都只是与“无念”名异而已。

    Abstract:

    The thought of “Three No” in the Platform Sutra of the Sixth Patriarch is considered to be the concentrated expression of Hui Neng's thoughts, among which “No-mind” is the most emphasized. This paper illustrates “no-mind” from three different aspects. Firstly, it is the “middle way of Prajna”, and has carried on the thoughts of both Prajna-emptiness and Buddha-nature. Secondly, as a basic characteristic of “the most superior Mahayana” and a basic doctrine of the transcending “Mahayana”, it has inner consistency. Thirdly, it exerts great influence on the later Zen masters and their theories, which expressed the thought “no-mind” with different words, such as “no-doing”, but the meaning is the same.
