Longzhong, is used widely as historical culture, local culture and regional economic concepts. Though it is inseparable with geographical administrative division, Longzhong is an regional name collect history, culture, geography, language and folk custom which makes it different from administrative division. Its cultural phenomenon has such features of unique, inclusion, diversity and creativity. According to the problems, such as starts slowly and weak in foundation, short in funding, the research about Long zhong culture should emphasize the basic framework of two rivers and one road, for two-way construction and creating multi-platform. Then, we need to learn from each other to make up deficiencies and prove scientifically in order to achieve the marriage with geographical culture and improving the level of scientific research, as well as prevent such things that contrary to the culture of ethics happening as engaging in cultural performance projects.
