The category of the Community belongs to the ontology of constitutional philosophy. The living and development of human being can be regarded as the axiology of constitution philosophy. The epistemology of constitutional philosophy includes the “limited rationality theory”, the “holistic” and “systematic” epistemology, as well as the dialectical materialism epistemology. The community breaks through the inherent historical limitations of the concept of “country” from the perspective of time dimensions, and surmounts the way of thinking of “opposition” contained in the concept of “country” from the perspective of space dimensions.“Organization” is a fundamental political decision or institutional arrangement. Constitution as the rule is a structural system, while as the order is a coupled system.
