Nowadays, the dominant position of workers is facing the triple challenges from the globalization, knowledge-based economy and market economy. The concept of workers should be redefined from the constitutional law and correlation of the capital, power and the workers. It should be follow the rule of law in order to guarantee the dominant position of workers.
