Abstract:With further development of reform opening and socialist modernization, township cadres building was facing many new problems and meeting various new challenges. For example: dynamics of administration management according to laws are insufficient; abilities are difficult to adapt to the needs of the times; the dynamics of cadre exchanges are not so frequent; the wages and welfare are somewhat low. In order to solve these problems, we need to strengthen the building of ideological work style, raise the level of scientific and cultural knowledge; reinforce the construction of legal democracy as well as enhance mechanical management. Finally, we should improve the overall quality of township cadres effectively.
