The university amalgamtion makes libraries collection in their library resources reorganization， between each campus library， stacks of books turn open management， book uptick old and new books and books transshipment, with sent to the common problems. The result shows that the library should merge university through new management concepts， improve collection personnels business level，conduct a dynamic organization mechanism and interlibrary cooperation in order to improve and strengthen the collection for school work， better teaching and research services.
