Abstract:Taking Lasswell’s “five W” model as the theoretical basis of our analysis, we can get the early spreading characteristics of the Communist Manifesto in China as below: Firstly, there are great differences of class status and political status among the spreading groups with different spreading purposes. Secondly, the spreading content are also different and not all of them are correct. Thirdly, the spreading ways and range are limited. Fourthly, the spreading objects are various at all levels. Fifthly, the spreading effect is remarkable as a whole.
