As the core of Hunan province， Chang-Zhu-Tan City Group has great demand of leisure sports for residents. However， the current public sports venues and fitness clubs in the City Group are far from enough to meet the needs of the masses. The special leisure sports items in the City Group， such as Xiangjiang River Scenic Belt， Zhuzhou ShenNong Town and feature sports tourism， will provide many opportunities for the development of its leisure sports. Government and all circles of the society should invest more to the urban public leisure sports venues and community sports facilities； encourage the development of leisure sports industry， such as fitness clubs； further develop sports competition and show industry in Chang-Zhu-Tan； promote the development of feature sports tourism， foregrouding its rivers， lakes， mountains and humanities.
