Scheme of Chinese phonetic alphabet was approved by the NPC. The names of letters of Pinyin conform to international habit and special features of Chinese. The names of letters could be explained according to Transformation guidelines of geographical names from foreign languages into Chinese and read like foreign geographical names. Chinese scripts indicating names of letters in Pinyin, means to deal with letters with mark and target to perfect Pinyin are put forward.
