Implementation mechanism is the life of the law. The current implementation mechanism of National Asset Act in China has many defects. In the future reform， the responsibilities and authority of state-owned assets management institutions must be clarified， the implementation procedures must be inproved， the legal responsibility of National Asset Act and its supervision must be strengthened， the relief ways must be perfected， so as to carry it out thoroughly in the practice.
