Abstract:The Jin-Merchant exchange shop’s personal share system is a native capital composition system of China; employee stock ownership is a system to make all the employees be the share-holders. Both of the two systems have the functions of encouraging employees, decreasing cost and increasing capital. But the two are different in economic foundation, participating sphere, conditions, ranks, absorbing and stabling talented persons.
