Informal college or university student organizations have a significant impact on college students’ development. While strengthening the management of informal student organizations，the development direction of the organizations should be grasped，and the work about the central figures inside the informal mass groups should be done well so as to strengthen the campus culture and reduce the negative impact of the informal organizations.
