For independent college human resource management is the key to its connotation development. A couple of problems are outstanding: the management system is not complete; human resources allocation is unreasonable; management regulations are in need; assessment is not strict, and training mechanism has not been established. Efforts should be made to improve the management system, to establish a competitive mechanism, management regulations, assessment rules and the training system inside the college so as to optimize the structure of teaching staff, stimulate vigor and realize the strategic purpose of strengthening the school via its talented members.
