There exist many problems in the Party members’ love and concern mechanism： the connotation is single； the resource integration of different Party organizations is far from enough；the inner Party’s love and concern realization form is unable to show the Party’s characteristics；and a guaranteed mechanism is in need. To build and create the Party’s love and concern mechanism，the focus is to enhance the sense of ownership；the most basic is to create an atmosphere of mutual assistance according to different needs and the key is to build an effective long-term system.
