There exist two forms about indirect intention crime of organizing begging: The perpetrator does not have a clear understanding of the organized either being a disabled person or a child; the perpetrator does know the organized but does not hope and just lets the harmful result happen. In addition to direct intention, there exist crime forms about indirect intention crime of organizing the disabled and children to beg. For an indirect intention crime to be established it does not demand the perpetrator who organizes the disabled and children to beg to have the aim of seeking profit illegally.
