The guarantee of the teaching quality of adult higher education lies in the teaching management. Modern management means should be fully used to strengthen the building of management team. Educational management system should be improved. A scientific teaching management monitoring system and teaching quality evaluation system should be established, the whole process of teaching and management monitored.
