Abstract:To address current packaging problems and promote sustainable development of the packaging industry, grounded in the green eco-native philosophy and tailored to concrete packaging needs, the green and original ecological design concept and strategies for product packaging are deeply probed. First, issues such as over-packaging, non-degradable materials, and insufficient practicality are identified. By clarifying that contemporary eco-native packaging must not only fulfill functional requirements but also remain ecologically friendly throughout its entire life cycle, the green eco-native design concept for product packaging is elaborated. Strategies proposed include the use of natural materials, integration of traditional culture, realization of simple practicality, and achievement of zero packaging waste. These approaches help clarify the relationship between packaging and nature, align design with the demands of sustainable development, and are of great significance for advancing environmental protection and improving consumer experience.
