    摘要:

    对重型包装柔性系固系统的数值模拟分析方法进行了研究。利用workbench的 CABLE280单元模拟捆扎系统中的柔索结构,探究了该单元对捆扎物几何形状、绳索预紧力、绳索松弛特性的模拟能力。分析了捆扎物几何形状对绳索模拟精度的影响;设计了柔索松弛特性仿真实验,研究了CABLE280单元对柔索的模拟能力。研究结果表明:CABLE280单元能够模拟绳索的预应力及松弛特性,通过对捆扎物的边缘结构进行几何处理及预应力施加,CABLE280能够用于模拟包装系统的柔索结构。

    Abstract:

    A numerical simulation analysis method was studied for the flexible securing system of heavy-duty packaging. The CABLE280 element of workbench was used to simulate the flexible cable structure in the bundling system, and the simulation ability of this element in the geometric shape of the bundling object, the pre tension force of the rope, and the relaxation characteristics of the rope were explored. The influence of the geometric shape of the tied object on the accuracy of rope simulation was analyzed. The simulation analysis experiment on the relaxation characteristics of flexible cables was designed and the simulation ability of the CABLE280 element in flexible cables was studied. The analysis results indicate that the CABLE280 element can simulate the pre stress and relaxation characteristics of ropes. By geometrically processing the edge structure of the tied object and applying pre stress, CABLE280 can be used to simulate the flexible cable structure of packaging systems.
