    活性稀释剂作为光敏树脂的重要组成部分,对光敏树脂性能有显著影响。以环氧丙烯酸酯为预聚物,选取丙烯酸异冰片酯等5种常用的不同官能度的活性(双键)稀释剂,探究其对光敏树脂的黏度、固化收缩率、固化物耐热性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在研究范围内,随着活性稀释剂官能度的提高,材料的耐热性能和力学性能提高,同时黏度和固化收缩率也提高。活性稀释剂丙烯酰吗啉(ACMO)中存在刚性结构,使得材料的玻璃化转变温度提高了23.91 ℃;且ACMO含有能形成氢键的结构,使材料的拉伸强度达到48.56 MPa,冲击强度达到31.33 kJ/m2。在研究范围内,ACMO的综合性能最好。

    Abstract:

    Reactive diluents, as an important component of photosensitive resins, have significant impacts on the properties of photosensitive resins. Using epoxy acrylate as a prepolymer, five commonly used reactive (double bond) diluents with different functionalities, including isobornyl acrylate, the effects of reactive diluents on photosensitive resins were investigated in terms of viscosity, curing shrinkage, heat resistance, and mechanical properties.The results show that within the scope of the study, as the functionality of the reactive diluent increased, the material’s heat resistance and mechanical properties improved, while viscosity and curing shrinkage also increased. There was a rigid structure in the active diluent acryloyl morpholine (ACMO), which increased the glass transition temperature of the material by 23.91 ℃. ACMO contained structures that could form hydrogen bonds, resulting in a tensile strength of 48.56 MPa and an impact strength of 31.33 kJ/m2 for the material. Within the scope of research, ACMO had the best comprehensive performance.
