Abstract:For the die-cutting machine of post-press packaging equipment, according to the different requirements of high and low-speed die-cutting and the need for rapid variable-speed planning of die-cutting speed, the optimization strategy of the die-cutting process was studied. First, the motion process of the servo-driven die-cutting cam mechanism was analyzed. Then, the overall motion planning of the die-cutting drive motor was optimized to realize that under different die-cutting beats, the speed of the cutter at the moment of die-cutting remained unchanged, and the maximum torque of the motor was balanced in the pressing stage and the lifting stage. subsequently, the die-cutting acceleration and deceleration phase was further optimized, and a non-isosceles triangle plan was designed, which efficiently played the performance of the die-cutting drive motor. This control strategy can improve the service life of the cutter and the overall efficiency of die cutting.
