Abstract:In order to improve the fatigue resistance of printing cots, the flexure fatigue properties of CR and CR/S blends and the effects of formulation factors on the flex fatigue resistance performance of CR/S blending vulcanizates were studied. The results showed that the flexing fatigue performance of PS40A/S blending vulcanizates was the best. The order of flex fatigue properties of the different elected curing system vulcanizates from high to low were sulfur, EV, SEV, CV. Under the premise of meeting the hardness requirements, the flex fatigue performance of the blending vulcanizates showed an increased trend with the increasing of the carbon black particle size. During the blending antioxidant system, the flex fatigue properties of the BLE/4010NA blending vulcanizates and the 4010NA/ODA blending vulcanizates were among the best. The uncracked flex fatigue number of the BLE/4010NA blending vulcanizates with the addition of anti-fatigue agent M66 was significantly higher than the former.
