Abstract:Lithium ion anode material containing TiO2/C with silicon was prepared by solvothermal method. The effects of different silicon contents on morphologies and electrochemical properties of TiO2/C were investigated through XRD, SEM, electrochemical workstation, constant current charge and discharge. The results showed that the morphology of TiO2/C with 0.01% Si addition was optimal by forming hollow tubulars structure with large specific surface areas. This material kept a specific capacity of 381 mA·h/g after being circulated 150 times at 100 mA/g current density which indicated an excellent rate performance. There existed high capacity retention at current densities of 200, 500, 1 000, 2 000 mA/g.
