Abstract:Under the“innovation-driven development strategy”, evaluation of the packaging industry’s innovation capability and core competitiveness promotion have become the research focal points. There exist some interactive relationships among the evaluating criteria of packaging industry’s innovation capability. In order to better evaluate such issues, interval grey linguistic variables were used to describe each piece of evaluation information, and the grey fuzzy multi criteria decision making model based on Power ordered weighted averaging operator of interval grey language was built. Based on this, the model was applied in the evaluation of packaging innovation capability. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method were verified through the evaluation of the packaging industry innovation capability in different regions.
