    试验研究了两层堆码包装单元在不同振动等级、不同约束方式下的随机振动响应,对固定约束方式下堆码包装单元的响应特性采用有限元法作了进一步分析。结果表明:两层堆码包装单元顶层产品的振动主要受第一共振频率控制,底层产品的振动受到第一和第二共振频率共同控制。产品加速度在共振频率附近的响应很大,在非共振频率范围的响应很小。产品加速度响应功率谱主要为产品的共振响应谱。有限元计算得到的共振频率和产品加速度PSD曲线趋势与试验结果较好吻合,表明有限元法是堆码包装单元随机振动响应分析的有效方法。

    Abstract:

    Random vibration responses of two layer stacked packaging unit in different levels of vibrations and different constraints were experimentally investigated. The finite element method was used to analyze the response of two layer stacked packaging units in the fixed constraint. The results showed that the product vibration in upper layer was mainly controlled by the first resonant frequency, and the product vibration in lower layer was controlled together by the first and second resonant frequencies. The acceleration response of product was large in the area of resonant frequencies, and small in the area of non-resonant frequencies. The power spectrum of product acceleration response was mainly the resonance response spectrum of product. The resonance frequencies and acceleration PSDs of product obtained from the finite element method were in agreement with the experimental ones, which indicated that the finite element method provided an effective tool for the analysis of stacked packaging units in random vibration.
