Abstract:The random vibration characteristics of transport packaging unit of three-layers beer bottle-turnover boxes were investigated. The experimental results showed that the vibration of beer bottles in the top layer was mainly controlled by the first resonant frequency, the vibration of beer bottles in the middle layer was mainly controlled by the lower order resonant frequencies, while the vibration of beer bottles in the bottom layer was mainly controlled by the higher order resonant frequencies. The acceleration peak distributions of beer bottles and turnover boxes were of Weibull distributions. The top turnover box and beer bottles in the central position of turnover box underwent larger and broader acceleration levels. The result obtained has practical implications on the storage and transportation of beer bottles.
