    以聚乙二醇(PEG-400)为软段,以丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)和2,4-甲苯二异氰酸 酯(TDI)为硬段,采用两步法合成聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA),并研究其合成条件及力学 性能。FTIR及1H-NMR测试结果表明成功制备出PUA。实验结果表明,PUA合成的最佳条件 为:第1步,反应温度为75 ℃,反应时间为3 h;第2步,反应温度为45 ℃,反应时间 为5 h;阻聚剂的最佳质量分数为0.5%;将活性稀释剂1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA) 与三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)按照质量比为1:1的比例加入PUA中,固化膜的凝 胶率最高且综合性能优异;选用复合光引发剂体系时,固化膜的固化速率最高,其最佳 质量分数为3%。

    Abstract:

    Ultraviolet Curable Polyurethane Acrylate (PUA) was prepared with two-step method by using Poly(ethylene glycol)-400 (PEG-400) as the soft segment,with Ethylene glycol monoacrylate (HEA) and Toluene-2,4- diisocyanate (TDI) as the hard segment. FTIR and H-NMR test result indicated the successful preparation of PUA. The synthesis conditions and mechanical properties were studied. The experimental results indicated that the optimum synthetic condition in the first step was 75℃, 3 h, while 45℃, 5 h was the best condition for the second step. The preferred mass fraction of the polymerization inhibitor was 0.5%. 1,6-Hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA) and Trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTA) with a mass ratio of 1:1 being added into the PUA. Under this condition, the cured films had the highest gel fraction and excellent overall performance. In addition, using the compound photoinitiator system made the coating to be of the highest curing rate and the optimal mass fraction was 3%.
