Abstract:In order to investigate the migration risk of the PIs from the printing surface of metal packaging, the migrations of BP, 4-MBP and 2-ITX from the printing surface of metal packaging were determined by liquid chromatography (LC-DAD-FLD). The DAD detection wavelength, FLD excitation wavelength and FLD emission wavelength were optimized, and the food simulants and migration conditions were selected. The results showed that after optimizing the conditions of the liquid chromatography, the detection limits of BP, 4-MBP and 2-ITX were 0.05, 0.05 and 0.003 mg/L respectively. The recoveries ranged from 90.88% to 106.83%, and the RSD was below 7.90%. Therefore the method was suitable for the SML requirements for BP, 4-MBP and 2-ITX of EuPIA.
