Abstract:“Marginal Persons” in Art Design specialty of higher vocational school tend to be ignored by teachers and classmates. They are at the edge of class teaching, thus can’t be effectively cultivated. This kind of individuals or group has the characteristics of rare professional complex, lack of collective sense, serious inferiority complex and unstable self-discipline. The “Marginal persons” could be transformed and cultivated through the stimulation of standard class management, the external transformation of the teacher’s democratic education, the implicit transformation of vocational situational teaching, and the inner transformation of ego consciousness.
