The achievements in economy, political and cultural prosperity in the Tang Dynasty all contributed to the openness style in women’s dress. The openness is reflected in the design of looseness, the bright-colored clothing fabric, dressing habit of“female in men’s clothing style”. The characteristic of openness in women dress provided great reference to modern clothing design as it contains lots of design elements fully inclusive and equitable, with the innovation in design methods and the integration of different thoughts in design.
