Abstract:Reputed as the graphic designer of new generation in Japan, Ryohei Kojima is talented in the art of nature with parsimony manipulation and modeling. His creative themes are focused on plants, birds, beasts, insects and fishes by variable means of manifestation. He strives for perfection in design with strict and delicate concepts, accurately expressing his idea through pleasing frames, simultaneously applying contrasting colours and meaningful implication. Ryohei Kojima prefers pure colours and extremely suppresses the brightness of colours, which consequently bears elegance and freedom of his works. His innovation is based on assimilating the traditional Japanese culture, and greatly propels the development of graphic design in Japan.
