    摘要:

    目前市场上大多数蜂蜜包装存在造型单一、抓握及开启不方便、拿取不卫生等缺陷。通过对100名消费者进行随机抽样问卷调查分析,并结合人机工程学的相关理论,对蜂蜜包装容器进行了5套方案的改进设计。设计方案中,瓶体均采用曲线造型,选用PET材质;瓶盖设计为泵压结构或压合结构形式,选用PP材质。改进设计的蜂蜜包装容器各尺寸均在人手最适宜抓握尺寸的范围内,使用安全、方便、卫生,能提高消费者在使用过程中的心理舒适度和满足感。

    Abstract:

    The majority of honey packaging on the market have single shape with defects as hard to hold and open, unhealthy for taking and holding. Through analyses of survey by random sampling of 100 consumers and with the principles of ergonomic, five sets of honey packaging container design programs are put forward. In these bottle designs, the curve shapes are adopted and PET material is used. Pumping structure or laminated structure is applied in bottle caps with the PP material. The improved designs of honey packaging container are of the most appropriate sizes for holding and with the merits of safety, convenience and sanitation which enchance the sense of comfort and satisfaction in consumers during using process.
